Meeting Follow-up Checklist

Update the CRM with meeting notes, attendees, their roles, solution details, etc.
Send a follow-up email summarizing the meeting, agreed actions, and next steps
Update appropriate deal/opportunity/account records
Share the meeting summary and next steps with relevant team members
Schedule a follow-up meeting, if needed
