  • Next quarter's strategic plans, agreed new targets and objectives

Meeting Follow-up Checklist

Update the CRM with meeting notes, call recording/transcript, and meeting outcomes
Update the deal/opportunity/account records with any changes resulted from the meeting
Add any new primary or secondary contacts met during the meeting into your CRM
Send a professional, detailed follow-up email to the customer recapping the meeting and outlining future steps
Share a meeting summary and next steps with internal stakeholders, coordinate needed actions
